Since I do not want to write the same two lists over and over again, the kind people behind the Firefox browser extensions LeechBlock and uBlacklist made it so that you can use an url for their list of filtered websites.
I am someone who struggles with social media websites, their use, and their presence in my life (I think that they are basically addictive), so these two extensions solve the internet for me. I wish I was fine with using but I basically gorge myself on the content and it replaces my own existence, actions, and creations 100%. I stop living altogether. I hate that. Also, I do not want to feel this way.
LeechBlock blocks me from entering the ecosystem of social media websites at all, or blocks me after what I think is and have decided upon as enough social media for the day: 20 minutes.
uBlacklist blocks search engine search results from showing me search results from these social media websites, including images and video (tested this using google).
I did this in order to remove myself from the oscillation between the extremes of no social media and all social media all the time.
You do not need willpower when you don’t even buy the pack of cigarettes.
I am hosting these two files on my own subdomain for files, so use these files as a starter list (or use them as they are, I just like the idea of leaving something behind someone else can find). Here are the links:

Have fun.
